Legal Assistant OfficeTeam is looking for a talented and driven Legal Assistant. Our Legal Assistants work in partnership with their assigned attorneys and are responsible for maintaining an effective daily workflow as well as independently managing/coordinating administrative services to business clients. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing assigned attorney calendars, dockets, and appointments
Making extensive and frequent travel arrangements
eFiling in state and federal courts
Screening incoming client calls and correspondence and responding as necessary
Compose and prepare emails with confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents
Creating and maintaining spreadsheet files, including use of formulas
Conducting attorney time entry and billing
Providing back-up support to other legal assistants
