LITIGATION PARALEGAL

The Paralegal will ultimately report to the Associate General Counsel, Litigation with local management and supervision by Senior Counsel, Litigation.

How you will impact WestRock:

· Assist attorneys in managing all aspects of litigation and regulatory practice with a focus on matter support, i.e., managing deadlines, tracking substantive matter developments; case investigation and support, interaction with in-house and/or outside counsel.Assist attorneys in managing all aspects of litigation and regulatory practice with a focus on matter support, i.e., managing deadlines, tracking substantive matter developments; case investigation and support, interaction with in-house and/or outside counsel.

· Create and manage matters in matter management and e-billing database (Legal Tracker experience is a plus).Create and manage matters in matter management and e-billing database (Legal Tracker experience is a plus).

· Manage litigation holds, custodian interviews, document collection and production working with outside counsel and e-discovery vendors and internal IT resources. · Work is performed in an office setting during general office hours of 8:30 – 5:30; arrival and departure times are flexible within a range. What you need to succeed:

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is required Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is required
