Wells Fargo Paralegal 2 in Charlotte, North Carolina

The Wells Fargo & Company Law Department seeks a paralegal for the Structured Products & Corporate Trust Services Section in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. Specifically, this position would be providing support for the Mortgage Banker Finance Group within the Asset Backed Finance division. The position involves assisting in transactional work related to mortgage lender financing by reviewing and summarizing company formation documents and UCC lien searches, and preparing transaction documents (such as amendments and inter-creditor agreements), notices, officers certificates and corporate resolutions. Additional responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, and organizing and leading discrete projects to support the line of business. Able to work well with a team and to identify specific as well as broad, underlying issues in area of expertise and work independently on complex assignments without direct supervision.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience
