Responsibilities: Participate in M A and due diligence activities, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, SOWs, supply chain and master service agreements, review industrial leases and subleases, handle all permitting, regulatory, and compliance matters. Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of recent experience in M A, Corporate, and/or compliance matters
