This position is located in the Chicago office. Standard hours will span a standard business day and be determined upon hire.

The Secretarial Services department provides lawyers with a high-level of practice group support and is involved in the day-to-day management of clients and matters.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • Experience performing administrative/clerical duties

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organization skills and strong attention to detail

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in a law firm or other professional services setting

What will your day look like?

Your responsibilities will include working with a team of support specialists to provide effective and streamlined services to attorneys of the firm. You will also provide administrative support to project teams with directions from the Team Coordinator, Legal Secretaries and Project Team Specialists.
