They will be assisting with discovery production and record retention, as well as drafting of Motions and Case Evaluation Summaries in ongoing cases.Assists in handling legal issues delegated by an attorney for which the attorney is responsible. This work may include: conducting basic legal research and cite checking; preparing basic discovery; coding, digesting and summarizing depositions; proofreading and editing legal documents; assists in preparing legal documents and reports, including leases, licenses, real estate and corporate transactions, insurance and employment agreements.
