SUMMARY Provide legal services, review and advice at the direction of the Segment General Counsel-Defense. This person will provide the defense business advice and support on: all varieties of defense business, defense contracts and defense-related commercial contracts with a focus on international defense business, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance and compliance with pertinent foreign laws and regulations, U.S. federal contracting regulations and compliance, bid/quote/proposal documents and related regulatory matters. This individual will be expected to: manage relationships with in-house clients including corporate executives and business and operating unit management, participate in and/or support negotiations with customers and potential customers and establish relationships with, and manage, outside counsel, including foreign local counsel.
