Responsible for the presentation, administration, consulting and/ or negotiation of product and service contracts of varying scope and complexity with external customers. Develops pre-sales bid and proposal strategies and contracts negotiation strategies. Works closely with sales and marketing, finance, and other functions to structure proposals and contracts consistent with business objectives and in compliance with Agilent policy. As expert level, recognized as a trusted advisor to the businesses on contracts matters; designs, develops and manages contracts programs and policy at the country level; and structures, drafts and negotiates increasingly complex and non-standard agreements.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills; an understanding of Agilent agreement and purchase order review process; Able to make independent decision making skills to lead process change and identify areas for efficiency gains; Strong leadership skills and ability to interact with and influence internal stakeholders; Ability to partner and communicate effectively regionally and at different levels of the management structure; Ability to learn to review and negotiate various Customer; Agreements/certifications/representations consistent with Agilent policy; Agreements; Ability to assess competing priorities under tight timelines with limited information.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law and 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong Word knowledge.

  • Strong SharePoint knowledge.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

  • Strong writing skills with an emphasis on clarity and exhibiting contractual knowledge

  • English Speaking/Reading
