Downtown Minneapolis Law Firm is looking to add a legal assistant to their growing real estate practice. Successful candidates will have 3+ years of experience in real estate law, preferably commercial real estate. Daily responsibilities will include drafting various documents, assembling closing documents, preparing closing transcripts, tracking deadlines, and various projects as needed. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.Candidates with a four year degree and a paralegal certificate will be highly considered.
