Our client is an international law firm with more than 500 lawyers. Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with three (3) or more years of experience. The legal assistant, working under the supervision of both the Paralegal Coordinator and the Senior Manager will take direction from and operate in supporting several lawyers. This candidate will be supporting two (2) partners, two (2) junior associates and one (1) litigation attorney. Candidate will be responsible for all billing each month and must be able to input time and create monthly billing and reports. Candidate must be personable, high energy and assertive.

Requirements: Responsibilities - Creating and maintaining case files -Assist with trial preparation and document production -Pull case citations in WestLaw and Lexis and conduct preliminary research -Perform calendar and contacts management for attorneys -Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for firm and client audiences -Open new matter engagements and commence conflicts check process -Prepare invoices for clients -Handle Telephones calls from internal and external sources -Prepare Word documents and proofread memoranda, factual and legal documents -Arrange travel schedules and reservations as required and prepare expense reports -Prepare Excel spreadsheets for client engagement budgeting and assist with ongoing client and matter analyses Requirements -Bachelor Degree -Database experience -Proficient in Computer application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
