Our client is seeking a candidate to work with their Managing Attorney on various tasks from legal work to marketing techniques to administrative duties. The firm seeks an executive assistant to support managing partner with their busy law firm The person in this role will support the attorneys by:
Preparing documents ranging from correspondence to collective bargaining agreements.
Managing their calendars, scheduling appointments with clients, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Opening new files and maintaining organized filing systems.
Inputting time entries to assist with client billing.
Handling the attorneys' document production and revision needs.
Screening incoming calls, answering inquiries, and taking detailed messages.
