RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Job Summary & Responsibilities
Goldman Sachs Asset Management ( GSAM ) is looking for an ISDA negotiator (preferably with asset management experience) to negotiate ISDA master agreements, FX prime brokerage agreements, futures clearing agreements and other ancillary documents. Other responsibilities will include assessing and implementing global regulatory changes affecting the trading and documentation of such transactions.
* 2+ years related experience negotiating ISDAs and/or other derivatives agreements
* Proactive; able to work independently and perform consistently in a high volume, fast paced environment
* High level of initiative, integrity and commercial instincts
* Organized, detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Mature and professional
