POSITION SUMMARY The Legal Intern will primarily work under the supervision of the Associate General Counsel and other experienced legal staff and attorneys to complete projects relating to the corporate legal environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Review and compile information relating to commercial contracts. 2. Coordinate projects involving corporate compliance, government contracts, and intellectual property. 3. Assist with legal research work. 4. Perform day-to-day administrative activities to support our legal staff. 5. All other duties or projects as assigned. Graduation Date after August 2018. Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required. Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS First year law student pursuing JD. Ability to work independently and learn new programs quickly. Outstanding written/verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
