Job Description

Paralegal for the subrogation division of the Piscataway Staff Counsel Office. NJ subrogation experience preferred.

Paralegal will work under supervision of attorney and manager. Paralegal will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising legal documents including, but not limited to, Complaints, Discovery Responses and Discovery motions. Paralegal will have contact with Claims and clients while completing discovery. Paralegal will also maintain the calendar for the case and negotiate with adversaries regarding potential settlements. Paralegal may be asked to perform other legal tasks to support the attorneys. Paralegal certificate required.
