PNC has an opportunity for a Paralegal to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The responsibility of the paralegal will be to support the Retail practice group within the PNC Legal Department. Primary assignments will include supporting the Deposit and Consumer Lending attorneys and handling matters arising from Branch Distribution, Consumer Lending and the Customer Care Center (including the Branch Support Hotline). This will include reviewing legal documents such as Powers of Attorney, Estate documentation, Trust agreements, and Corporation and Partnership-related documentation. Other responsibilities include researching customer accounts and account transactions, researching state laws, maintaining state servicing manuals and monitoring state laws.
