The University of Pittsburgh is currently seeking a Research Assistant. The Research Assistant will assist with data processing, sample curation, and general laboratory procedures, including making solutions for experiments, biological tissue sample preparation and conducting nucleic acid amplification and conducting sequencing and genotyping analysis.
No previous experience is necessary.

The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
