A top Providence firm is looking for a Patent Specialist to support their patent prosecution attorneys with all aspects of preparing US and foreign patent filings. Responsibilities will include: - Assisting with drafting and filing IDS forms, PCT forms and direct national filing papers - Obtaining formalities, communicating with foreign patent associates, the US PTO and World Intellectual Property Organization regarding patent status - Preparing reporting and other relevant correspondence to clients - Tracking patent deadlines - Collaborating with patent attorneys/docketing team to ensure deadlines are met Qualified candidates should send their resume in WORD to Rachel.chandler@roberthalflegal.com.
