Legal Intern


  • Conduct legal research on various legal topics and write legal memos

  • Collect documents/information from internal department and do proper e-filing and paper filing

  • Translate/proof read translation bilingual contracts,

  • Review template agreements and other minor contracts under the supervision

  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes

  • Prepare presentations and regular reports

  • Support in contract drafting

  • Contract management

  • Coordinate events and communication with other departments

  • Other ad-hoc assignment by Director of Legal Affairs and other senior lawyers;

Education & Experience:

  • postgraduate student (top undergraduate student may be also possible) majored in law.


  • Strong academic credentials from top law school

  • Passed China Bar Exam

  • Excellent oral and written English

  • Skilled in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);

  • Good interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset

  • A willingness to learn and work hard

  • Proactive working attitude and good teamwork spirit;

  • Good time management and result-oriented;

  • Be able to work at least 3 days a week if not 5 days a week.
