Position Purpose & Summary

Perform Paralegal work including research/analysis, corporate secretary work, creating/maintaining tools & resources, and maintaining data management system

Principal Accountabilities

  • Conduct legal/CS research using traditional & non-traditional data sources with some autonomy to create solutions and mitigate risks

  • Conduct analyses requiring a thorough understanding of legal/CS practices & procedures with some input from senior legal team members

  • With limited oversigh work to monitor and administer corporate governance requirements requiring a thorough understanding of corporate governance principles

  • Maintain data management systems(local data management systes, GEM etc)

  • IP work mainly on trademark management


Education, Experience, Skills

Minimum Required Qualifications

Law degree from a reputable university;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years relevant working experience.

  • Good communication skill.

  • Strong learning agility
