Requirements: Corporate paralegals will have 5+ years of experience working in a law firm or corporate in house setting. Paralegal will have extensive experience with corporate entity formation and maintenance, drafting and revising legal agreements, and filing annual reports. Corporate paralegal will have a Bachelor's Degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including strong Excel skills), CSC system, and/or document management system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a team player and job stability a must.
