Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

+ Bar-licensed attorney in at least one state (Kansas or Missouri preferred) and at least six or seven years of substantive corporate law experience.

+ Ready to contribute immediately to a dynamic and challenging environment with opportunity for growth.

+ Excellent project management/organizational skills and ability to balance numerous projects under pressure.

+ Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills; must be dynamic as well as highly team- and service-oriented.

+ Commitment to professionalism and collegiality.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics:

+ Excellent analytical and research skills.

+ Excellent presentation and communication skills.

+ Excellent writing, drafting and negotiating skills.

+ JD, with strong academic credentials.

+ Admission to at least one state bar; Kansas or Missouri preferred.

+ 6+ years of substantive corporate law experience (top law firm or top law firm and in-house environments).

+ 6+ years of strong contract drafting and negotiation experience.
