The Washington, D.C. office of Perkins Coie is seeking a litigation counsel to join its Political Law practice group. Excellent academic credentials, including graduation from a top-tier law school and law review or journal experience, and substantive litigation and case management experience (ideally on civil rights matters), are required. Clerkship experience strongly preferred. The position offers a rare opportunity to litigate a wide range of political law issues including voting rights, campaign finance, issues arising out of the elections process, as well as general matters involving political actors.
