Job Functions:

  • Usetools providedby the company, to review and accurately process Power of Attorney (POA)Requests.

  • Communicates professionally verbally, and in writing, when requesting Power of Attorneys from Investors

  • Process accurately recording information, inventory and filing of POAs .

  • Execute documents according to authority provided via resolution or power of attorney.

  • Assist Ocwen Business Units and Managing Counsel on requests for electronic and hard copy POAs.

  • Maintains timely and accurate records of all production activity related to POAs.

  • Assist with maintaining POA inventory

  • Communicate with team and Supervisor regarding inventory needs

  • Attend all trainings, meetings, orientations as directed

  • Maintains a high level of accountability for results and metrics

  • Occasional early morning/late evening and weekend work may be required


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or military experienceequivalent

  • The ability to speak, read and write in English

  • Three or more years of experience in officeenvironment

  • Experience in mortgage related services preferred.

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

  • Ability to achieve team goals and perform metrics

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, specifically Word,Excel, Access, Outlook.

  • Able to use Internet for research and other softwareprograms
