Established Coral Gables law firm is expanding and is seeking a Personal Injury Protection (PIP) attorney for its insurance defense litigation team. In this role, you will litigate PIP claims, will remain up-to-date in the PIP Statute and case law, will handle cases from beginning to end, prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs negotiate settlements; work closely with clients to ensure all appropriate defenses are leveraged to reach positive outcomes.
