The Immigration Manager will report directly to the Managing Director of the Middle East & North Africa. The Immigration Manager will have a dual role of managing their team in executing case work for their region in addition to being an account manager for clients based in their respective region.
Skills and Abilities:
Must have excellent English writing and oral communication skills. Secondary language skills a plus.
Excellent organization and computer skills required
Previous experience with coordinating immigration processes highly preferred
Previous experience with international human resources, and/or global relocation highly preferred
Previous proven managerial experience preferred
Skills in Excel, MS Word
Bilingual English/Arabic or multilingual preferred
3 years global business immigration experience strongly preferred; or, relevant advanced degree with equivalent experience in global immigration
UAE immigration experience and management experience is required, or in lieu of that, solid knowledge of the Middle East business culture and governmental processes, particularly in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, is required.
Minimum Education Level:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Provide strategic case advice and United Arab Emirates (UAE) subject matter expertise on case management to team members
Review all case work of team members before submitting to clients
Exhibit a commitment to delivering exceptional client service by taking responsibility of the quality of the work product of team members and provide ongoing guidance and support
Coach team members on delivering practical and appropriate advice and recommendations to clients
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with clients, immigration authorities and government officials
Provide training to the client’s local staff as needed
Consider ways to better serve the client through enhanced services or customization
Recommend appropriate personnel actions, i.e. promotions, disciplinary actions, compensation reviews, and other HR matters
Complete performance reviews annually for team members, including setting goals and professional development activities for team members
Provide agile performance feedback to team members, to enhance their engagement and development
Approve timesheets as required (where applicable) and approve time off requests in a timely manner
Approve and monitor billing
