Radisson BLU MOA Corporate Counsel in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Position Description To support the growth of the Radisson Hotel Group and protect its legal and business interests by providing general legal and contract support for the Radisson Hotel Group's Marketing, Loyalty, Procurement and Sales departments. Depending on experience, the Corporate Counsel may also support the Human Resources department. The Corporate Counsel will be an integral member of the Radisson Hotel Group's legal team and will partner with other attorneys within the Radisson Hotel Group to deliver continued excellence in in-house legal support. Responsibilities Structure, negotiate and draft commercial agreements with third parties in compliance with company policy Review marketing, advertising and promotional materials across the business and brands Support brand loyalty programs and various agreements in support of these programs, including marketing, agency, licensing, sponsorship, affiliate, hosting and consulting agreements Provide privacy and data security support within the Radisson Hotel Group and collaboratively ensuring consistency with the international theatres Assists in the establishment and enforcement of policies and procedures Maintains knowledge of key company initiatives, policies and internal practices to assist business teams in meeting business needs, while complying with legal, corporate and administrative requirements Requirements Law degree from an accredited Law School, with excellent academic record Bar admission, current and in good standing 3-5 years experience as an attorney Ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex legal issues, draft and negotiate complex legal transactions and appropriately consider legal and business risks Marketing, advertising and loyalty program experience is strongly preferred Some employment law background is preferred but not necessary Ability to work independently and also contribute successfully to cross-functional teams Prior experience with franchising is helpful, but not required Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills Working knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred We are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and make employment decisions without regard to age, race, religion, national origin, gender, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation and gender identity or any other protected class.
