EMEA Paralegal and Client Contract Administrator Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating all contracts in EMEA in close collaboration with the business and legal to ensure DSS can meet DuPont legal terms and business abilities.Marking all contracts in track changes. Negotiating with internal clients and external customers.Working closing with DuPont Legal. Working under tight timelines.Perform all paralegal duties
Receiving and checking all Client contracts received in EMEA before they are signed
Act as the key point of contact for contract management activities. Liaise with Market leaders, managers, and consultants on all issues and queries relating to client contracts, corrections of contract, support documentation and approval for exception process
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, company values, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations
Provide training/onboarding to new employees on the DSS contract management process
Lead the review and update of DSS EMEA standard client contract templates on an annual basis (incorporate changes/updates in the Legal, Tax, Finance areas, communicate the changes to the entire DSS organization, translate the templates into main required languages, provide trainings, etc)
Development & implementation of new contract templates; ensure regional/local variations & requirements addressed appropriately. Manage the interface between the BDMs, Legal, Finance, Credit, Tax, the project management team and any other party
Maintain FF/SFDC (ensure data accuracy, follow-up all opportunities close-out and handle approvals)
Filing & Archiving of client contracts (follow CRIM and Audit requirements)
Provide client contract reporting on ad-hoc basis (SICP report, report by practice, by BDM, etc). Supporting the BDMs in preparing the Bid package to answer to bid invitations
Working together with the CSR team in the performance of internal controls verification (i.e.: SOX reports, spot checks, support during internal audits, etc)
Manage issuance of the required contracts, subsequent documentation & amendments - commercial sales contracts, distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consultancy agreements
Cooperate with corporate functions such as Credit, Risk Management/Insurance, Tax, Project Management, Pricing, HR, Finance, Sales, to senior leadership executives
Review, analyze and interpret terms and conditions to identify all legal risks and business considerations for internal customers and provide sound contractual resolutions to mitigate liability exposure while ensuring compliance with company policy
Assist business in interpreting and implementing established policies, procedures and practices as related to the company guidelines
Supporting bids and tenders processes
Review all DSS EMEA contracts to ensure compliance with legal terms, work with legal to obtain approval of review, work with market leaders and all business personnel to negotiate acceptable contract terms
Perform paralegal responsibilities for DSS in EMEA

Qualifications
BS/BA in Finance, Economics or law
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
In addition to English, candidate must demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken in at least two of the following European languages: Spanish, German, Italian, and French
Any other European language – German - will be a plus
Knowledge in ERP systemand / or Salesforce will bean advantage
Problem solving and flexibility
Good communication skills
Strong familiarity with contract terms
Negotiated contracts in past
