A civil litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support 2 to 4 attorneys. The candidate must have experience with business litigation, personal injury, probate and corporate setup and filings. The ideal candidate must also have knowledge of all aspects of state and federal civil litigation, appellate court rules and filings, local court rules, e-filing, trial preparation, document management, and be able to transcribe dictation.
