Work through a diverse scope of contractingissues where analysis may require identification and evaluation of manyrelevant potential factors.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Significant experience drafting and negotiating agreements Healthcare or life sciences experience Effectively explain contracting principles and issues to internal clients andexternal customers Negotiate within established guidelines and capture negotiated provisions incontracts with minimal attorney oversight Anticipate issues and act to ensure documents are processed efficiently andin accordance with company policies and guidelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, changing businessenvironment Facilitate collaboration with internal departments (Research Operations,Regulatory, Finance, Technical Accounting, etc.) Conduct legal research as required Communicate and observe timelines regarding completion of contractsPosition Experience and Educational Requirements:* Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred* Paralegal Certificate with 9+ years related work experience* 7+ years related work experience or JD with 4+ years related workexperienceEEO StatementAxisPoint Health provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to allemployees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color,religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
